The background is of the Parliament building in Ottawa. the maple leaf is a masked layer for an Autumn background behind the Parliament building. I quick selected Ottawa and took out the white it had. The three smaller images I had to crop the images into circles with a thin white boarder. The sides has little opacity of teal with the middle being light red.
